Winning at SoulTreat

I am still reeling from all the exciting stuff that’s been happening with me lately! It has been a whirlwind of fun Energy for sure!!

I just got back a week ago, from attending a heart-expanding, life-changing Wellness Retreat, called SoulTreat. And SoulTreat was held at the beautiful Creative Life Center in the heart of the red rocks energy of Sedona, Arizona. Yes, to say it was all gloriously fabulous is an understatement. Really.

I went by myself, though I had invited hundreds via my personal Facebook page, and in personal invites, after I won my ticket (valued at $397). And even though another friend won a ticket also, she had a previous commitment and couldn’t attend.

Going alone

So, even though I was a little scared to pack up, move my body through space and time and fly to Phoenix, and then drive 2 hours to Sedona, alone in a rental car, I knew this was something I could do.

I had just went to Las Vegas (for the ASEA convention–discussed here), and had navigated easily from that airport to the nearby hotel and convention center, but I was meeting a group of friends there.

Mind Control

I kept reminding myself that I used to fly all over the country from 2000-2003, for work, and that I could do this. Yet, I hadn’t done that in years and for this trip, I would be alone. On the upside, I could create my own adventure, and I did!

Choosing for myself

I picked out the closest hotel to the Amithaba Stupa and Peace Park to stay because I’d been to that park 3 years ago and found it to be sooo spiritually uplifting. Read about that here.

I met a wonderful soul-connected friend (Hi Suze!) during SoulTreat when the participants of our first breakout session were prompted to “pair up” while enjoying an experiential tuning session.

Getting in Tune

For all of this first retreat day, Suze and I chatted about our tuning experience. If we owned the tuning forks, we agreed to practice with each other when we returned home, (via Zoom, Skype, or Google Hangout), because we each felt the physical benefits from the session.

I wanted to learn more about the tuning forks, but was on the proverbial fence about spending the money, though it was a good deal (for SoulTreat attendees), and was actually less than I had thought it might be!

Giver Receives

Though I am a giver by nature, I still consider anything over $200, to be a “use your head, not just your heart” kind of purchase.

So, after I won a raffle prize the last day, and had “just happened” to walk into the center that morning with the facilitator of the tuning fork session, Rosemary Levesque, I knew I wanted to “pay it forward” and literally bought my set of tuning forks and her program in the parking lot at the end of the day as everyone was leaving! (Suze had bought hers a bit earlier that afternoon.)

Work continues

Now, I am happy to report that I am participating and learning more from her, via “The Wounded Healer” online program.

I am also all signed up, registered, and paid (because I added a night and upgraded my hotel room), for SoulTreat 2020 to be held in Boone, North Carolina in October of next year! Woo-freakin-hoo baby!! Yeah! ❤️😉

I haven’t had time to unpack it all yet, but desire to write blog articles for each person who contributed. ❤️

Give Receive, Receive Give

Plus, I am sending more gifts this holiday season to friends (than I otherwise would have done.)

I recall the universal law my friend, Lila, taught me years ago, “Give receive, receive give.”

All this WINNING has sparked a whole lot more generosity within me. And as my heart overflows with GRATITUDE, I can’t help but GIVE more! ❤️🦋🌀
