Okay, I promise this is NOT click bait! But I wanted to quickly tell you that as of this morning, I have lost just over 5 pounds in the last 5 days!!! And no, I didn’t work out, though I have incorporated dance breaks into my work days (especially when I feel stressed)! And I have started doing (very slowly) some Asian squats (just to get up off the couch where I sit to work) and get the blood flowing to my rear, legs, and feet. I love the stretch of these too!

So, HOW did I release this weight so quickly?

I went carnivore baby!!!

I am still making the smoothie daily, that our friend Alice recommended and I detailed in 2015 (last in the list below), but I don’t add in the flax or nuts and use only water to mix it (no more almond or coconut milk). Essentially, my smoothie is only two handfuls of cut kale, 1 cup frozen organic berries and a frozen banana (if organic, leave the peel ON).
