I’m tired of dieting.

I really hope this is the last lifestyle plan I need. But do we ever stop learning?

Tired of dieting.

Once again, I am journaling what I eat, and why.

Once again, I am eating consciously.

Once again, I am giving up weighing myself daily (as I had learned to do two years ago from the Omada health plan). https://beingwhollyvibrant.wordpress.com/2021/05/30/diets-and-losing-weight/

Once again, I am using a new breathing routine; breathwork.

I did release 2 pounds the first week (but that may also be due to just getting home after 12 days away for my cousin’s memorial and burying my parents’ remains).

So, I am fully committed to WildFit. I feel like I have tried everything else.

I have been a Jenny Craig diet consultant (and lost 30 pounds in 3 months on that plan—gained most of it back during 3 hurricanes in 2004).

I have been raw vegan for a year.

I have been vegetarian.

I have eaten according to my blood type (The Blood Type Diet) for several years.

I have done body wraps, red light wraps, It Works wraps, body detoxes, green smoothies, juice fasts, colonics, etc.

I simply want to feel good in my own skin again, as I did for most of my life before I turned 35.

When I attended a Dr. Bruce Lipton event a couple of months ago, I bumped into two gals I have known for years. They had both lost 50-60 pounds and looked great! When I asked them how they did it, they said they had been doing WildFit for a year and that it was easy!

So, mentally, right then, I signed up.

When the global WildFit challenge started 8/8/22, I started with them! Yes, both of my friends are doing it again with me in a group, one of the two is our coach!

So far, I am learning some things and feeling positive. I’ll let you know how it’s going in a few weeks.
