After completing a WildFit 90 day challenge, I lost over sixteen pounds! WOW! And I am continuing to live WildFit. I now believe, if I were living in the jungle somewhere, I wouldn’t starve. And I am continuing to learn about herbs and vegetables I can grow in small containers too (but that’s a different topic). No, WildFit doesn’t mean you have to go out foraging for your food, which is kind of what I thought when I first signed up. LOL

I am eating consciously. I am thinking about why I am going to the fridge each time BEFORE I head that way. I am also working with clay while I watch movies, documentaries, or series with my husband. It keeps my hands busy and coated with a bit of the clay too, so I am not tempted to eat anything. Ha! Little hack for ya.

I am continuing to do breathwork–it helps for sure (I do a couple of different kinds). And tap on my body whenever I feel stressed. (Yes, I have done EFT on myself for YEARS)!

Here’s the thing. For years, I tried different diets:

  • Carnivore Diet
  • Bone Broth Diet
  • Intermittent fasting
  • The Blood Type Diet
  • Vegetarian
  • Juice fasting
  • Raw Vegan
  • Jenny Craig

But now, I found Dr. Osborne who explains WHY my body never released weight (because my gut wasn’t in good shape) from ingesting pink slime all without my knowledge! Plus, I definitely know (after WildFit) that I had gut issues because I have issues with grains and dairy.

I was able to slowly incorporate mental strategies (over the course of the last three months of WildFit) that I’m thrilled to say have stuck. I consider what type of hunger I’m experiencing BEFORE I go to the kitchen to look for something to eat. I drink more water, and I am finding it easier to drink water (I infuse a pitcher of water with slices of cucumbers or lemons, alternating these every few days so I am not always consuming lemon water). I don’t miss white potatoes, rice, bread, or butter anymore. And I am continuing to release the excess weight (fat) from my body.

Go through WildFit and you’ll learn why/how we’re psychologically programmed/conditioned to drink, eat “treats,” etc. and more. Of course most of us know how media, TV, movies, commercials have programmed us, but WildFit puts it in a sequence that helps.
