Since we’ve sold our car (and have chosen not to own a car any longer), we have been using Instacart and Uber Eats to deliver our groceries.
Home delivery of groceries frees up more of my time (to work and write), as well as saves me money from impulse-buying. Ha! Plus, I feel good about giving someone else a job!
Ironically, days after I published the second edition of a holistic health book I’d published in 2018, Have Yourself a Wholly Vibrant Life, I got a stomach bug, or ulcer, not sure which yet. I was so happy I have been using Instacart for home delivery of groceries. I sure didn’t feel like grocery shopping–though I could walk about 3 blocks to our local Winn-Dixie.
I was extremely pleased with the Diamond Instacart shopper we got to shop for us! She picked out fresher berries than I do when I shop in person! As well, she found a few items I typically have trouble finding when I’m in the store. Win-win! I was able to give her a second tip as well, which made me happy because I really felt she went above and beyond for us.
If you haven’t tried Instacart (or Uber Eats) for grocery home delivery, let me know if you try it and here’s a coupon code to save us both money on our next purchase: LADEBD416A

If you have used Instacart or Uber Eats for grocery delivery, let me know in the comments. Do you prefer one over the other? I found that one is connected to one of our favorite grocery store while the other delivers from another grocery store, so that’s why I use both. And we all know not every grocery store sells the same items (which is why even when I did shop in person, I would go to both stores, typically alternating those visits every other trip).
Remember, use my discount code for Instacart to save us both money on our next groceries: LADEBD416A
